Birth animation

There is a great birth animation that is just soooo cool!

Here is the link.

Some things that it shows:

• A great many things that your care provider checks for during vaginal exams:
• decent (how far baby is in the pelvis, measured in -3 through +3)
  
• dilation (how open the cervix is, measured in centimeters)
  
• The cardinal movements of baby

What I didn't like that it shows:

• A momma laboring in the lithotomy position
• It doesn't adequately represent effacement (thinning of the cervix)
  

But, you have to admit, it is pretty cool.
